  • Seller Verification: business name, Employer Identification Number (EIN), proof of physical store location, and related documentation when you apply to become a seller.
  • Transaction Details: bids, offers, purchase history, sizes, prices, shipping addresses, order confirmations, and communications linked to a transaction.
  • Support & Communications: messages you send to our support team, survey responses, reviews, and feedback.

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: session identifiers, authentication tokens, analytics tags, and user preferences stored via cookies, web beacons, or pixel tags.
  • Location Information: approximate location inferred from IP address or shipping address to comply with regional requirements.

Information from Third Parties

  • Payment Processors: limited transaction confirmations (success/failure status, tokens) from Stripe, PayPal, or other processors. We do not store full payment card data.

  • Email Opt-Out: follow unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails. Transactional emails cannot be disabled while you maintain an account.
  • Do Not Track: our Platform currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. You can manage cookies through browser settings to influence certain tracking.
