- Support & Communications: messages you send to our support team, survey responses, reviews, and feedback.
Information Collected Automatically
- Device & Usage Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and links clicked.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: session identifiers, authentication tokens, analytics tags, and user preferences stored via cookies, web beacons, or pixel tags.
- Location Information: approximate location inferred from IP address or shipping address to comply with regional requirements.
Information from Third Parties
- Payment Processors: limited transaction confirmations (success/failure status, tokens) from Stripe, PayPal, or other processors. We do not store full payment card data.

The Platform is not directed to children under 16 years old. - Email Opt-Out: follow unsubscribe instructions in marketing emails. Transactional emails cannot be disabled while you maintain an account.
- Do Not Track: our Platform currently does not respond to "Do Not Track" signals. You can manage cookies through browser settings to influence certain tracking.

DEADSTOCKED primarily serves U.S. customers. We comply with U.S. federal and state privacy laws, including those of Arizona and California. The Platform is not intended for EU or UK residents to make purchases; they may browse the site but cannot transact.
