Two-Day Ship SLA
Stores have 48 hours to scan our prepaid label. Miss the window and fees—or cancellations—kick in to keep buyers protected.
Authenticity or Removal
Sell counterfeit or non-deadstock goods and the account is terminated. We share fraud data across the network to keep the marketplace clean.
We're Not Stingy
Our slim model allows for the lowest fees for sellers. Meaning more money in their pocket, a reward for good & honest business practices.
Payouts After Scan
Once the carrier scans the label, sellers can expect a speedy payout.

Every seller on DEADSTOCKED is a verified brick-and-mortar store. We review their business, storefront documentation, sneaker expertise, and order history before they can list a single product. That means you never have to wonder who is on the other side of the transaction.
2. Curated Sneakers, Real-Time Pricing
We pair our catalog with authentic inventory data.
Our editorial team curates product stories and imagery while stores mark the sizes they have in stock. AI & our team monitor uploads and flag anomalies so pricing stays competitive and products stay authentic.
3. Bids Meet Listings
Shoppers place bids. Stores decide when to sell.
Place a bid on any sneaker or buy at the lowest ask. When a verified store accepts your bid, we instantly connect & verify payment, shipping, and their company information, keeping sensitive data secure end-to-end.
4. Payment Is Captured After Shipment
We protect buyers from unfulfilled orders.
Your payment is authorized but not charged until the seller scans the prepaid label we issue. If a store fails to ship within our three-day window, the order is canceled automatically and your bid is released.
5. Stores Authenticate & Ship
Deadstock sneakers only—direct from the source.
Every store is responsible for double-checking authenticity before hand-off. They package the sneakers, apply the DEADSTOCKED label, and deliver the parcel to our carrier partner. From there you can track the shipment from the email you recieved.
6. Delivered & Backed by Claims Support
If a pair arrives damaged or inauthentic, we step in.
Submit a claim within our platform. Our support team reviews your documentation and coordinates a return or refund if the product isn't deadstock or arrives with defects. Stores who violate our standards lose access permanently.
How fees and payouts work
- For buyers: pay the accepted bid price plus processing, shipping, and applicable sales tax. Your card is charged after the seller scans the label.
- For stores: once you ship, funds flow through Stripe or PayPal. If a claim is validated for damage or counterfeit goods, we reverse the transaction and investigate.
- Chargebacks: handled case-by-case. We work with sellers to dispute invalid claims and hold them accountable for legitimate ones.
