How do I know the seller is legitimate?
Every seller on DEADSTOCKED is a verified brick-and-mortar store. We confirm their business, storefront, and authenticity practices. Inventory is monitored by our machine-learning safeguards and spot checks. After every order, you also get a link to the sellers google profile.
When will my card be charged?
Your card is authorized at checkout but not charged until the store scans the prepaid shipping label. If they miss the three-day window, the order is canceled and the authorization is released.
What if I receive a damaged or inauthentic pair?
Open a claim from your help center within the designated timeframe and tag still attached. Our team will give you return instructions and open an intensive investigation. If the pair is not deadstock or arrives damaged, we will coordinate a refund and hold the store accountable.
